Drinking Buddies

Continuing the narrative of the “Boozy-Bear” installation these two are its older faces… Are their stories the reason for the trends of the day or a future product of it? They sit on the same blanket that the “boozy-bear” was wrapped in.

The bears were made from an antique style sewing pattern which was cut out in foam on a CNC machine. The pieces were wrapped in paper clay which was also used to sculpt simple faces. Their arms and legs are attached with wire and are posable.
